The trailer for Twister is in PCM audio only. Because I use an external
decoder, I must switch the receiver to listed to the PCM audio for their trailer.
At least its not an incompatibility with my decoder!

This version looks much better than the Twister I saw on the Panasonic DVD
Demo disc. I noticed a little artifcating. The biggest drawback was the trailer,
which has garbaged AC-3 audio. The audio basically drops out very other frame
so a stuttering effect is heard. The audio in the movie (both formats) is
    fine.

We have not watched the entire movie, but I must say for $20 is pretty darn
good. Sure, there are some digital artifacts here and there, but this is a
first run disc. Compression software and artists will only get better with
    time.

The disc is THX mastered (which must mean before compression takes place)

The interactive menu was a little confusing, and I think this will be a
problem with DVDs in general. Every disc will have a custom user interface.
