If you’re interested in listening to my podcasts on your iPod, open iTunes 4.9 and from the Advanced menu, choose “Subscribe to podcast” and then paste in:
http://www.geeksrus.com/podcast.xml
This will update automatically with just the podcast entries from my blog.
And yes, it’s time to start doing these more often 🙂

I use podPress plugin for WordPress
