I knew, but only because there’s something too ‘plastic’ about her mouth and dimples. But otherwise… totally woulda fooled me.
On a related note (uncanny valley-wise), I saw a real photo today of an object that looked fake. It was of one of those super transport ships. They’ve grown so large that the only way to photograph the entire thing is from afar. But when you move that far away, the painted main hull loses all its visual imperfection and looks like a perfect gradient (something our brain says is possible only on smaller scales), making this real object look like it was computer generated. heh It was an odd thing for my brain to have to reconcile.
